BABY BARN SWALLOWS THAT MOVED INTO OUR GARAGE THE DAY THEY FLEDGED FROM THE NEST

PLANTS OF THE PRAIRIE-MOST FOUND ALONG THE SHOOTING STAR TRAIL WEST OF LAKE LOUISE ST. PARK

THE LEAVES OF THE COMPASS PLANT FACE THE SUN AND THEREFORE THE LEAVES ALIGN SOMEWHAT NORTH TO SOUTH LIKE THE POINT OF A COMPASS. A TRUE PRAIRIE PLANT.

CUP PLANT IS FOUND ON THE WET PARTS OF PRAIRIES AND IS SO NAMED FOR THE AREA WHERE THE LEAVES COME TOGETHER TO FORM A WATER HOLDING AREA

A MEMBER OF THE MINT FAMILY AND A REAL FAVORITE OF THE BEES
