Monarch on Blazing Star.  We have seen a few Monarchs this August.

 Our first migrating Pelicans for this "fall".  South of Winona on the Mississippi.

 We have had two migrating groups of Green Darners at our place so far this August.  One was about 40 in number and the other a bit smaller.

 On our gravel drive way 8-23-2023 at 2:38 PM.  I remember 103 in 1955-this is a new high for me.  Yes it is accurate!

 Great Black Wasp on Mountain Mint.  A very large wasp(1.5in.) that we see on our prairie in August.

 Not sure if this is a Comma or Question Mark butterfly, as they are very similar.
