4000+ Tundra Swans on the Big River south of Brownsville Mn on Monday.

 

 Trumpeter Swans in the Whitewater Valley.  Trumpeter Swans and Tundra Swans are very similar, but these were doing their trumpet call loud and clear.

 Last years Bald-faced Hornet nest.

 Shrike in the Whitewater Valley.

 Some Tree Sparrows have arrived from up North.

 We still have some Fox Sparrows at our place. 

 Tundra Swans have started arriving just south of Brownsville, Mn this week.  Many more should arrive in the next week.
