This 5 month old fawn spotted me taking its picture through our picture window. It tried to "stomp" me off, as they often do. We see them almost daily as they come on the lawn to eat our dropped apples.

Thanks to Steven & Darcy we got to Yosemite National Park. Our fist tour was of the giant Mariposa grove of giant Sequoia trees. Some are over 300 ft tall and have a diameter of almost 30 ft. Truly magnificent.

For years we have kept track of events such as the arrival of the first Hummingbird or the blooming of the first Marsh Marigold. We have now begun to photograph these events and felt others may be interested in what we run into in our "nature wanderings".
